Schedule a class

Welcome to my yoga space. I am registered yoga instructor based in NYC and grateful to see so many of you show up to my yoga classes. My class is an energizing Vinyasa yoga class designed to build confidence, gratitude, and strength. Each session begins with calming and relaxing breath-work and gentle stretches before transitioning into a mindful yoga flow. The class includes a core workout using only body weight, helping participants build lean muscle, improve flexibility, and leave feeling refreshed both physically and mentally. This practice encourages participants to embrace their bodies, challenge their limits, and strive for a stronger, more balanced version of themselves.
